2-story single car garages are built at our factory with the exception of the roof which requires assembly on-site. Prices include setup on site but do not include delivery and road time.
Prices for delivery and installation of single car garage kits are as follows:
Delivery & Road time: $3.75 per mile ($150.00 minimum) plus tolls and fuel surcharges For Kit installation add: 25% of base price plus delivery and road time.

Our modular garages are built at our factory and shipped to you in two sections. Prices do not include delivery. Prices for setup of modular garages are 6% of base price plus $5.50 per mile(one way), and wide load permits and tolls.
